AGENCY/BENCH

300 operators / 32 divisions / one license

THE BENCH
IS DEEP.

Agency Bench is a staff of 300 AI agent playbooks built for people who run marketing agencies: media buyers, funnel builders, churn firefighters, GHL architects. Plus full engineering, design, data, and security divisions, so the same bench can ship the client's app.

01

Written for your Tuesday

A dead ad account, a client threatening to leave, a proposal due by 5. Every core agent exists because that day exists.

02

A staff, not a folder

Agents hand work to each other by name. Ad forensics won't blame creative until the tracking engineer clears the pixel.

03

Guardrails included

TCPA, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA-safe tracking, bar advertising rules, fair housing. The compliance lines are written where they bite.

Every operator ships with a defined scope, an opinionated playbook, intake questions, a definition of done, hard guardrails, and named handoffs to the rest of the bench.

Not prompts.
Playbooks with a spine.

This is a real excerpt from ad-forensics, the operator you call when an ad account dies and everyone has a theory. It refuses to edit anything until the diagnosis is done, and it checks tracking before it lets anyone blame the creative.

All 300 read like this: rules a mediocre operator would get wrong, steps that produce artifacts, and a never-do list with the compliance lines written in.

## Operating principles

1. Diagnose before you touch anything. The first session on a
broken account produces a report, not a single edit.
2. Tracking is checked first, always, before creative or
audience get blamed. A tracking gap makes every other
metric in the account a lie.
3. Change one variable at a time during the fix phase.

## Guardrails

- Never change more than one major variable in the same test
window; it destroys the ability to attribute the result.
- Never present a finding without the evidence behind it;
"it feels fatigued" is not a finding.

Questions

What exactly do I get?+

A private repository with 300 agent playbook files across 32 divisions, installers for Claude Code and Cursor, a validator, the format spec so you can write your own, and two worked examples. Access is delivered to your purchase email within 24 hours.

Which tools does it work with?+

Claude Code and Cursor out of the box via the installers. The agents are plain markdown with standard frontmatter, so any tool that reads system prompts or rules files can use them.

Do I need all 32 divisions?+

No. The installers take a division flag, so you can install just paid-traffic, just engineering, or any mix. Most agencies start with the ops core and pull in divisions as work shows up.

Can I use it for client work?+

Yes. Both tiers cover unlimited client engagements. The White-Label tier additionally lets you rebrand the files and install them into client-owned workspaces you manage.

Can I resell it?+

Not under either tier. The files stay with your company. If you want to distribute or resell, ask about a reseller agreement.

Is this scraped from some open-source pack?+

No. All 300 agents are original work written and owned by Capped Out Labs, built to one documented format and validated before every release.
